What Are You Thankful For?

Such a simple, but important question to write about: What are the things that you are thankful for.

  1. I guess I’m thankful for a myriad amount of things but then there’s a lot of downfalls too. Having parents is a great blessing and I’m very thankful for having them but I mean God takes care of that. It’s not like my mother decided to just make me like that. No matter how much I never wanted to be on this earth. No one can help us but GOD. God planned it out, one way or another you would end up with some parent. Now I’m not saying this is our parents’ fault. I’m speaking for teenagers mostly. Some feel that parents are just really vex and wish they never had them. In my case that’s exactly what I think. Parents are just really annoying, always in your business raiding through your stuff and trying to figure out what you’re up too all the time. I know if you’re reading this you’d probably think ohhhh it’s because they care about you and don’t want you to get hurt. Parents have to give their teens some space and let us take care of ourselves.

  2. I am thankful for my parents who gave me the best upbringing possible. I grew up outside and they taught me humility.

I am thankful for my wonderful boyfriend whose family has accepted me as one of them. He makes me more adventurous and has me thinking about the future a lot. We talk a lot about married life and our dreams. He is religious and I am not. He has taught me a lot about religion and the life lessons it teaches.

  3. Im thankful for my family. When I heard about Paris, I was very sad. I’m so thankful for my family when so many people lost thier lives and lost thier families. I’m also thamkful for my house and my friends. There are kids living in Africa without a house. And also I am thankful for the money that my parents make.
